Annie, Deanna, Veronica, Ashik are absolutely amazing. I’ve learned so much from them and gained a new lease on life. With their exceptional guidance, and truly caring nature. I was able to feel like I was around family. There is not enough words to express my appreciation. Ashik With his wisdom and guidance help me so much in and outside of program. Annie a truly exceptional counselor helping defeat some of my greatest demons from day-to-day. Deanna’s Teaching style is truly kind the stories are inspiring. Veronica’s very loud approach to things will keep everyone on track keeping your undivided attention, allowing her to guide you to skills the tools that you need to thrive.

MHM, saved my life and that isn’t hyperbole. I came across them very dark time in my life. I searched and researched other places in the Bay Area including a spot I was referred to by my doctor but for one reason or another it either wasn’t a good fit or wasn’t going to work out. What sold me on MHM was the statement from the initial intake person (Kyle) on the phone that these people genuinely care and it’s true. Between his patience and his honest declaration, I decided to take the next step and t am so glad I did. The people at MHM have become like family but in a healthy non-toxic way. They show up for you and in encourage you even in times when you feel like you can’t do that for yourself. I feel very lucky to work directly with Veronica and Frank, who both go above and beyond. They are the captains of my personal team as it truly is team cheering you towards success. If you need extra help, please don’t hesitate to reach out. In an era where people are more desensitized and self absorbed, these are genuine people who truly care about your wellbeing. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I'm so grateful for AFRS and Mental Health! I chose to come here for aftercare treatment after doing in treatment rehab. The team is all wonderful, from the therapists to case management. I am super grateful to Mariela and Veronica, my support team. They are so knowledgeable and have taught me so much, including great life coping skills to help keep me on track with my goals.
